What makes a servant leader?

Do you have to commit to a board position, or is simply volunteering enough?

Being an infallible parent?  I don’t think so, but I do believe in admitting when mistakes do happen, even to your kids.  It’s part of being human.

I believe the spirit of your effort is the most important ingredient.  Not doing it perfectly, but the intent to do good and to help others.

The meaning behind the title of this post – that’s a song made popular by Tony Toni Tone and it’s an expression of giving to a loved one whatever they need, whenever they need it.

That is, to me, what makes a servant leader.

About Melanie M. Morris
Broker of Trust and Authenticity I'm really a sales executive, but I'd rather identify with these ideals rather than to simply say...I'm a seller.
